Overview

Any organisation’s financial success depends on its ability to create robust and dependable budgets at the beginning of the year. The ability to create accurate budgets and then operate within those parameters is essential to the survival of the majority of organisations.

This web-based course will look at the requirement for a solid planning cycle and how everybody in the association can add to a convenient and precise financial plan. This program will also cover the need for quality analysis of the actual performance of the budget, including action planning, and how the data can be used to make accurate forecasts.
