Any organisation’s financial success depends on its ability to create robust and dependable budgets at the beginning of the year. The ability to create accurate budgets and then operate within those parameters is essential to the survival of the majority of organisations.

This program will also cover the need for quality analysis of the actual performance of the budget, including action planning, and how the data can be used to make accurate forecasts.
