This extensive course has been carefully designed to cater to the needs of the growing demand in project management by allowing blended learning and practical training. The course focuses on building a conceptual base which will allow the managers to properly analyze complex project behaviors and manage their performances with a holistic approach. Under this course, students will learn how to graphically represent systems and understand the language of systems modelling, and the system modelling approach.
