Overview

Remuneration is the basic component of the reward management system. The HR focus on carefully designing a reward system that motivates the sales force to perform and achieve the sales targets. Designing the compensation can be tough and includes the basic salary and the sales incentive plans (SIPs). This course aims to train you on how to effectively contribute to compensation schemes and better understand the latest and best practices to develop SIPs. You will get a better understanding of how to adjust the salary pay scales, and incentives and design and implement the plans.
